Spring rolls and pork marinated in Delino Dark Soy Wok & Dip sauce

Ingredients

4 sheets of rice paper spring roll wrapper

50 g mung bean sprouts

50 g carrots

20 g coriander

200 g pork tenderloin

2 dl Delino Dark Soy Wok & Dip sauce

olive oil

Preparation

Soak the rice paper in cold water.

Julienne the carrot (into matchsticks). Sauté them briefly in olive oil and add the mung bean sprouts. Add half of the Delino Dark Soy Wok & Dip sauce and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh coriander.
